Quattro Inverter Chargers 3kVA/2.5kW 24Vdc/230Vac 50Hz inverters with a 70A charger with two AC inputs and two AC outputs.
The Quattro inverter charger can be connected to two independent AC sources including grid shore-side power and a generator or two generators and will automatically connect to the active source.
The main output has no-break functionality. In the event of a grid failure or shore or generator power being disconnected, the Quattro units will supply the connected loads in less than 20ms without disruption. The second output is live only when AC is available on one of the inputs to the unit. Non-essential loads that should not discharge the battery, such as air-conditioning or a water heater can be connected to this output.
The Quattro has a unique Power Assist feature to prevent a limited AC source from overload. Battery charging is automatically reduced and the battery is used to boost the second source (generator or grid).
Up to 6 Quattro inverter charger systems can be operated in parallel to achieve a higher power output. Three phase or split phase operation is also possible.
