Riello iDialog UPS Systems, 400VA-1.6kVA

ECO Line UPS

The Riello iDialog UPS range is part of the Riello energy saving ECO LINE product range with model sizes including: 400VA, 600VA, 800VA, 1200VA and 1600VA that can run at up to 99% efficiency. iDialog is a standby UPS UPS designed to protect home and office IT systems including PCs and file servers. The UPS is silent in operation and features IEC output sockets for the easy connection of IT loads or a suitable extension lead, with battery back-up and surge protection (see individual model configurations). The iDialog UPS also features auto-restart, cold-start (on inverter with no mains supply present), short-circuit protection and USB or USB and RS232 interfaces (model dependent) for remote communication. iDialog UPS can be used with Riello PowerShield3 UPS monitoring and shutdown software, available for Windows, Linux, Unix, Mac and Sun Solaris operating systems.

Warranty and Maintenance

The standard warranty for an iDialog UPS is 24months but in the UK EcoPowerSupplies provides the UPS with a 36months (3 year warranty) excluding batteries. The warranty is a return-to-base warranty. The battery is user replaceable.
