Delivery

Most of our products are held in stock in the UK and can be delivered within 1-3 working days, often next day.  Please see delivery options specified for each product.  We will aggregate purchases of multiple products if we can but sometimes these come from different warehouses so this is not always possible.

Our policy is to have clear and transparent delivery charges that reflect the actual cost of delivery.  Nothing is free to deliver so we charge you what it costs us and nothing more.  This means we don’t have to inflate our product prices to cover hidden delivery costs and allows us to keep our pricing as competitive as possible. 

Returns

If you wish to return goods to EcoPowerSupplies this must be done within our sales terms and conditions [add link]. Please contact us within [7] days of receipt of your goods and inform our team of the reason for the return, including your name, address, contact details, product serial number and website order or order confirmation number and you will be given an EcoPowerSupplies authorised Returns Number.   Goods are usually returned direct to our manufacturer.

We will not accept deliveries of returned goods without a valid Returns Number. Once received your goods will be inspected and a credit/refund issued if approved by our sales order processing team.

At EcoPowerSupplies we strive to offer our customers products at competitive prices across our entire range.  We actively monitor the prices offered by our competitors and adjust our own pricing accordingly with the intention we are consistently competitive.

So if you find a cheaper price including delivery, we’ll match it.

If you only find it after you’ve purchased from us, we’ll refund the difference if you tell us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

The cheaper product must be new, identical, publicly available from a UK supplier, available for delivery to you within the same timescale and for the same quantity.  Please simply provide a reasonable proof and we will match the price or process a refund of the difference if you’ve already bought it.
