The team provides UPS installations and electrical works from the building incomer to the point of power distribution, UPS battery replacements, UPS maintenance contract services and preventative maintenance visits. We also provide mechanical services as required and electrical design, LV switchgear and UPS maintenance bypasses.

Our service experience has been built-up over the last 10 years and projects running from less than 1kVA to more than 3MW. We provide both normal working and outside hours contracting services with a 24-7 support team for our 4 clock hour maintenance contract holders. We can work as the main contractor on a job or a sub-contractor to a site facilities company or principle contractor.

Our 24-7 service team is based at our  Chester, UK headquarters from where we operate a remote monitoring service and co-ordinate our country wide UPS installations and service engineers. We placed strategic spares and engineering depots across the UK and Eire with resources covering London and the South East coast, Bristol and Bath, Liverpool and Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Nottingham and Edinburgh, as well as Belfast and Dublin.

All our works are completed to the latest IEE standards and by UPS manufacturer certified engineers for leading uninterruptible power supplies brands including Eaton, Riello and Huawei. We are also able to offer third-party installation, service and maintenance for other UPS manufacturers.

UPS Replacement Batteries and Recycling

All materials removed from site are taken to our headquarter facility for recycling to the relevant WEEE/RoHS and local standards. Where possible we offer FREE removal and recycling and a rebate for reclaimed materials. We provide a complete range of replacement UPS batteries from all the leading manufacturers including Yuasa, CSB, Energys, Exide and GNB Industrial.

UPS Site Surveys and Energy Energy Efficiency Audits

We also offer a complete range of surveys and audits to help you plan a UPS installation, identify power quality issues and optimise your energy usage. As well as walking through the electrical installation our engineers can help to identify kVA/kW load profiles and power quality problems including harmonics, power factor, brownouts, sags, surges, spikes and transients.

Where necessary our engineers will bring to site the specialist equipment needed for the site survey and audit including: power quality and mains monitoring analysers, data loggers, iMeter power usage monitors, RMS meters, hot-spot guns and thermal imaging cameras.

All our surveys are provided free of charge during normal working hours and are provided at a time to suite your team and installation.
