Credit Accounts

We provide credit accounts to customers whose company or organisation has successfully completed our Credit Application process and where the order value is above £500.

To apply for a Credit Account please download and complete our Credit Application Form

Once signed this form can be scanned and emailed or faxed to us for review by our Finance Team who will set a credit limit based on the information provided and an external credit agency check. The review process takes less than 24-hours and our normal credit terms are nett 30 days. These can be extended on a case-by-case review. Where a credit account cannot be provided, our terms are proforma payment via BACs, ILC or credit card payment.

Public Sector Clients

EcoPowerSupplies works within the Public Sector and is an approved supplied to many public sector bodies. Credit Accounts are available for public sector organisations which can typically be extended to 60 days nett.

Registered Charities

Credit Accounts are available for registered charities and we do not charge VAT provided they can provide a Registered Charity number on an official letterhead. 

Trade Clients

Trade customers can benefit from credit facilities with EcoPowerSupplies. We typically provide nett 30 day accounts but can work with trade partners on a project-by-project basis depending upon their client. Trade customers also benefit from additional discount, 24-7 support and maintenance plan incentives.

Overseas Clients

Our export terms are ‘prepaid’. Our normal policy is 100% prepayment for goods delivered from stock and/or within a short time frame. Where the goods have to be manufactured our terms are 50% prepayment with the balance payable prior to release of the goods to a shipping agency.

Overseas clients are not charged VAT provided the goods are exported by a shipping agency with proof of shipment provided to EcoPowerSupplies by the client within 90 days of shipment.
